The next morning, after a long, long Holiday's Eve full of feasting, dancing and listening to Bono, the bard's - to be honest not very uplifting and sanguine - songs by the campfiery bonfire Bromford, the bard, and KussKuss, the llama, sat at the counter of the inn in Bromford, the friendly town by the bay and seaside which luckily was also located in the High Mountains within sight of the High Castle of Bromford.
They were all dressed and packed for their next steps on the road to luck and adventure full of inspiration for stories to sing and songs to tell.

Only they had not come that far on the Road and their heads were aching from last night's heavy red wine and when every bell in Bromford started ringing they did it double as hard inside their heads.
'Llama, make them stop', Bromford moaned. 'Why are they all singing and ringing? And who is this King, this Lord who's coming they are praising, anyway? Didn't you say there was no king in this story?'
They llama was and did not look any better than the bard.
'It's that Jesus dude, Christ the Lord. He came from somewhere and we should repeat the sounding joy.'
'OK, let them repeat and let them praise whatever they want. But does it have to be so LOUD?'
'Merry Christmas!' said KussKuss, the llama.
And 'Merry Christmas to you!' Bromford, the bard, replied and emptied his jug of counter-beer in one go, taking the hair of the dog that bit him.
