'Ask the help of Colin from the Firth? How amusing!'

A deep, unknown voice suddenly sounded the astronomer's chamber and the two men and the llama at first did not know where it came from.

'It's me, Eelon, the eel, speaking.'

Colin set down the improvised glassy fish bowl on the table in front of the lantern and frowned at the fish through the glass with a wrinkled forehead.

'I knew I knew you somehow', he grumbled.

'Don't talk to Firth. He is just a charlatan. He caught me a dozen times before to do his strange little experiments with me but they never worked out and have never shown any results. But even if I play dead in the moat he catches me again and again without even recognizing me. He is a bad astronomer and an even worse magician.'

'Shut up, eel', Colin of Firth snapped at the fish.

'Don't listen to the fish', he said to the bard. 'But how can I help you?'

'Can't you lay and read him his cards to give him some new ideas?' the llama suggested. 'Or tell him what is written in the stars for him?'

'I am an astronomer not an astrologer', Colin said.

'And what about a magical potion to strengthen his talents? Something made of herbs or moonbeams?'

'He is an idiot not a magician', the eel added bubbling from the bowl.

'You must have some kind of cure for me', now it was Bromford, the bard's turn to ask some kind of a plead.
