He's a handicapped musician from Bluff City, Kansas, U.S. of A.
and he is wearing a big plastic - some say it's papier-mâché - head
– Yes, right, a head not a hat –to protect himself from other people
and their bad thoughts and influences.
Sometimes he's wearing a creepy metal bunny mask.
We all should start wearing helmets made of aluminium foil...
